Inclined well pump with forced shut-down solves the problem that the pump efficiency of conventional tubing pump is greatly reduced when pumping in inclined well.
It is suitable for oil production in inclined well where the inclination angle of the well is within 45 °.

The inclined well pump is based on the common tubular pump and its structure is optimized and manufactured.
This pump not only has all the characteristics of ordinary tube pumps, but also has higher pump efficiency than ordinary tube pumps.
Structure and characteristics: Inclined well pump is mainly composed of pump barrel assembly, short plunger assembly, fixed valve assembly and return spring.
The plunger closed valve cover of the inclined well pump and the valve cover of the pump barrel adopt a structure with guiding ribs to limit the swing amplitude of the valve ball when it rises and fall, and reasonably solve the problem of the valve ball closing lag.
At the same time, a return spring is added to the valve cover to accelerate the return of the valve ball to the seat seal and significantly improve pump efficiency.

Precautions:
1). The downhole steps of the inclined well pump are the same as the ordinary tubular pump. 2). Before lowering the pump, check the tubing with a gauge.
3). Do not use beyond the stroke.
4). It is strictly prohibited to use it at the inflection point and its lower part.
5). A screen pipe needs to be connected under the pump.
6). When used in sand wells, sand control devices must be equipped under the pump for sand control treatment.
7). It cannot be used in oil wells with high gas content.
