SS (stainless steel) Downhole Pump
Sanjack sucker rod pump workshop was established in 1964, which enjoys a history of more than 50 years. We own abundant experiences in the production of sucker rod pumps and strong skills in technical research and development. The downhole pump products include various series of tubing pumps, rod pumps and special sucker rod pumps. For solving downhole sucker rod pump corrosion, SANJACK developed SS (stainless steel) sucker rod pump using precise rolling after 2 year’s studying.
- Perfectly solves the problem that the insert pump is corroded by H2S, CO2 and other corrosive substances.
- Precision rolling process is adopted to meet the requirements of oil pump precision.
The produced water in oil wells contains a variety of corrosive substances, such as Saline water, Cl-1, SO4-2, HCO3-1, CO3-2, H2S, CO2, Oxygen, which can cause strong corrosion to the carbon steel pump.
Although stainless steel (S50100, S30400) is extremely resistant to corrosion, it is relatively soft and has very low hardness and strength.
Conventional processing methods, such as honing, cannot meet the requirements of the dimensional accuracy of the pump barrel.
In order to solve this problem, SANJACK adopt precision rolling process to ensure the precision of stainless steel pump barrel.
The stainless steel pump barrel is chrome plated to improve the wear resistance.
