Features

Application

The pump is suitable for heavy oil wells with high gas content.

Forced mechanical valve pumps are designed for heavy oil wells that are exploited after steam injection and for oil wells with high oil-gas ratio.

The pump changes the valve ball and valve seat structure of the original traveling valve which relies on the pressure difference to open and close,

and adopts a forced mechanical opening and closing form, relying on the action of mechanical force to open and close the traveling valve, which solves the problem of pumping heavy oil.

The problem of delayed opening and closing of the valve ball, as well as the steam lock and general air lock of thermal production transfer pumping, improve the volumetric efficiency and service life of the oil well.

This pump is suitable for heavy oil wells with viscosity ≤4000MPa.S and sand content <0.2%.

Structural features and structural principles:

The pump is mainly composed of three parts: the pump barrel assembly, the fixed valve assembly and the plunger assembly.

Working principle: When the plunger moves up, the mechanical valve closes, and the pressure in the lower chamber of the pump barrel decreases.

Oil suction: During the down stroke, the mechanical valve opens in time under the action of the sucker rod force and the friction between the plunger and the pump barrel, and then pushes the plunger down, Complete the draining process.
